I the aforementioned and undersigned, wish to participate in Airsoft Skirmishing games at KGB Airsoft as a member or visitor. I sign this document in consideration of being given the opportunity to engage in these activities and I hereby agree to abide by all the rules as set out by KGB Airsoft.

Rules:

Weapon Limits: 
Fully Automatic capable weapons (including pistols) are not to exceed 350fps when using a 0.2g BB.
Semi and Single shot weapons are not to exceed 500fps with a 0.2g BB.
Pyrotechnics are to be of an approved type. NO Home-Made pyrotechnics are to be used.

KGB Airsoft reserves the right to chronograph any weapon at any time. Any weapons found to be operating above the site limits will be removed from play. If the owner of the weapon does not agree to cease its usage then that person will be asked to leave the site with no refund given. If you are in doubt about the power level of your equipment, please ask a member of staff and we will crono it for you.

All weapons and equipment are the sole responsibility of the person who owns said equipment. KGB Airsoft is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal equipment or weapons. Loss or damage to any equipment hired from KGB Airsoft must be paid for by the person(s) causing the loss or damage, to the full value of either the repair or replacement of the hired item.

KGB Airsoft advise that Full Face protection is worn whilst airsofting in order to prevent any injuries to the eyes or face. Safety goggles that conform to a minimum of BS EN166 standard can be used at your own risk, but KGB Airsoft will not be held responsible for any injury sustained as a result of not wearing a full faced mask. Under 16’s are not permitted to wear goggles and MUST wear a full faced mask at all times.
Eye protection is to be worn at all times during game-play. Failure to comply will result in removal from the game.

All other specific rules will we covered at the time of the safety brief and a copy is available upon request.

Marshal’s instructions are to be followed at all times and are final and non-negotiable.

Any person using abusive language or threatening behaviour towards any other person will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Any person found or suspected to be under the influence of controlled drugs will not be eligible to play.

Any person found committing a criminal offence will be detained and reported to the Police.

I understand that:
Airsofting is a physical contact wargame simulation and injury can occur. I agree to participate knowing this, and hold no person responsible should injury occur.
The game is physically and metally intense and may require extreme physical exertion to play.
The environment in which the game is played can also be dangerous and care must be taken when navigating the area.
The ammunition and pyrotechnics used can cause injury is not used correctly.
I may refuse to participate in any game which I deem to be too dangerous or beyond my capability without penalty.
I play entirely at my own risk.

I confirm and agree that:
I am fully aware of the risks involved to both myself and others whilst playing Airsoft games.
I am physically and mentally able to cope with the stresses involved whilst playing airsoft games.
I have read, understand and will comply with all the rules set out by KGB Airsoft and use any and all equipment in a manner as not to injure myself or others.
I will obey the instructions of the Organisers and their appointed Marshal’s at all times.
I will wear my Full Faced Mask or Goggles at all times, unless directed by a Marshal.
I will bring any dangerous action or breach of the rules to the attention of the Marshal’s immediately.
I do not object to any pictures of myself being displayed on the KGB Airsoft website or being used for Advertising purposes.
Any criminal activity will be reported to the Police.

Release:
I hereby release, remit and forever discharge from any claim or liabilities whatsoever and without limitation the bodies known as KGB Airsoft along with any person or persons who are responsible for the organisation and games in which I may participate. This release applies to all other participants and the owner of the land (criminal activities being the only exception).
I make this release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, assigns and administrators. I am solely responsible for the booking back in of any hire equipment and/or debts generated whilst playing at KGB Airsoft, i.e. site fees/ammunition/hire of equipment/damage or loss.
